Customer Relations Representative (Fluent in English)

Please note candidate must be FLUENT IN SPOKEN AND WRITTEN ENGLISH, as all communication will be with international clients.

We are seeking a full-time Customer Relations Representative who is fluent in written and spoken English and will attend to customer inquiries and other admin related tasks. The candidate will be the main point of contact for our parents and students.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first and primary contact for parents and students – via WhatsApp, email, and phone.
Manage lesson schedules, changes, and inquiries promptly and accurately.
Coordinate with tutors and the admin team to ensure smooth lesson flow.
Handle customer requests, questions, and concerns in a warm, professional, and solution-oriented manner.
Track follow-ups, payments, and lesson-related updates with high attention to detail.
Uphold A for Effort’s service standards and brand image at all times.

Work Schedule (Full-time, 40 hours per week, including lunch breaks)

Mondays 13:30 – 21:00
Tuesdays 13:30 – 21:00
Wednesdays 13:30 – 21:00
Thursdays 17:00 – 21:00
Fridays 13:30 – 21:00
Saturdays 8:30 – 17:00

Requirements

Fluent in both spoken and written English (professional level is essential).
Proven ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Excellent communication skills – clear, courteous, and confident.
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and customer-first mindset.
Comfortable using Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, and other basic digital tools.
Positive, proactive, and adaptable personality; thrives in a fast-paced team environment.
Able to work remotely (must have a quiet work environment and stable internet).

We are an international tutoring center in Jakarta. The role will involve a lot of direct communication with our customers. Candidate must be able to speak and write professionally and fluently in English to our mostly international clientele, and be able to make scheduling adjustments independently.
